Family-Owned Collie Breeder

We are a small family business in northeast Iowa. We live on a dairy farm 8 miles east of Waukon, Iowa. Our family also milks 100+ Holstein cows each morning and evening. Our collies are Missy and CC (Carbon Copy). Missy is a 4-year-old AKC registered sable-Merle. CC is a 4-year-old AKC registered tri-color. Both have excellent genetics and confirmation. Our other female is a 4 year old Blue Merle called R-Star Beauty Is Found Within. She is AKC registered and the dam of the current litter of pups.

How We Raise Our Collies

Our family’s goal is to raise up quality collies that you would want a part of your family. We take great care in the breeding selection of our collies and the socialization that each puppy receives before leaving our care and our farm. Our dogs have access to quality care both inside our home and outside on the farm. They have their stimulus of lots of activity with our children and the farm animals and farm work, which improves their brain cognition. This quality makes it easier for our puppies to be trained and retain the training long term. We don’t believe that collies should be chained or tied up long term. They will bark excessively and will become extremely lonely and bored without frequent human interaction.

Part of the Family

Collies are affectionate people dogs and should be treated as companion animals and as part of the family. They do well when they can be with their owners and kids as one with the family–doing work or play or just lounging by the couch licking your feet. Collies are extremely loyal and will do anything to help their owners or protect them. We would like you to entrust us to meet your companion needs with a forever collie friend.
